THE TRUTH ABOUT TERRORISM IN AMERICA

Today is the tenth anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing of the Murrah Building. Since then, our focus has been on terrorism abroad.  But suppose that the Oklahoma City and first World Trade building bombings, and the downing of Flight 800 are all part of a whole cloth, Islamo-fascist terrorism, deliberately used by the Clinton administration to attack his perceived enemies on the Right. There is compelling evidence to support this theory, even though McVeigh and Nichols have been convicted, and the destruction of Flight 800 has been officially attributed to a “ruptured fuel tank.”

When I have concluded, you will have to choose between two conspiracy theories. The first postulates that Clinton’s Justice Department ignored or repressed that foreign sources orchestrated the above attacks so that domestic terrorism would appear to be the sole cause of the attacks.  Indeed, at the time of the Oklahoma City bombing, Clinton’s approval rating was 41%. Clinton immediately made conservative talk radio, particularly Limbaugh, responsible for the domestic anti-government impulse that led to the bombing. When McVeigh was identified as a suspect, one “liberal” media personality suggested that all-points bulletins be issued for McVeigh, Gingrinch and Limbaugh.” Thereafter, Clinton’s ratings never again fell below 50 percent. 

The second conspiracy theory involves what I have been touting for the past two years, the Baran-Wallerstein (B-W) theory that Communism has never given up hope of world conquest, but so far America has stood in the way. By secretly enabling Islamo-fascism, Communist countries like China and Russia aspire to destroy capitalism and America. The basis of B-W is that America is an “eminent evil,” the cause of Third World misery and thus needs to be integrated by force if necessary into a Marxist Leninist world community. Before the invasion of Iraq, I provided you with documentation about Saddam’s military assets, supplied by France, Germany, Russia and China. Now, of course, the European Union is considering lifting a ban against providing new military technology to China. Moreover, the U.N. Security Council privately assured Saddam that they would never authorize force to remove him.  Additionally, the Oil-for-Food scandal has revealed that kickbacks went to Saddam, enabling him to continue to buy arms from these countries.

The critical question is, are the Clintons subscribers to the B-W theory of enabling Islamo-fascist terrorism against America or did they simply ignore it in order to try to exploit their enemies on the Right for personal power? 

The evidence I shall present now suggests the latter theory. Consider that the Clintons saw two of our foreign embassies destroyed, the Cole bombed, and did nothing, while sending in tanks to kill Americans at Waco. Since 9/11, the Clinton administration has taken great pains, including Sandy Berger to remove and shred documents, to say that it knew nothing of plans to use airliners as flying bombs.  Conde Rice has testified that the Clinton administration did not pass on to the incoming Bush administration any such information. 

Moreover, when it was revealed by a go-between the U.S. and Sudan that bin Laden had been offered, all of the big guns, Albright, Berger, etc. were rolled out for TV appearances to deny the fact, which Clinton had already admitted on tape, saying “there were no legal grounds on which to hold him” [bin Laden].  

But let us examine now those instances of so-called “domestic” terrorism in order to reveal the Islamo-fascist sources, including of course, Al Qaeda.  The source on the Murrah Building bombing is Jayna Davis, a former reporter for KFOR-TV in Oklahoma City.  To my mind, no reporter has ever done such an exhaustive study, nor uncovered more important facts relevant to her story than Jayna Davis.  In short, her documents reveal that the Aryan Nation, and McVeigh and Nichols, seeking revenge for the murders at Waco, were used by bin Laden for his jihad against America.  Her evidence includes involvement by at least seven men of Middle Eastern background.  Six months before 9/11, she appeared on the O’Reilly Fox News show, and astounded him and most of us watching by revealing that when she presented to the FBI the 24 sworn witness statements, the 26 affidavits, and reports from law enforcement and terror intelligence experts, “they turned me away and refused to take my statements.” 

Only one conclusion is possible, because no local FBI bureau chief would risk his reputation by refusing evidence on a matter as serious as the Murrah bombing which took 168 lives.  Ergo, someone higher up in the government chain had instructed that the evidence not be accepted.  Could it have been Louis Free, the FBI chief?  Obviously he would have notified Reno about what was being proferred, and she would have informed Clinton.  Thus, he alone would have passed the word down the chain of command that the FBI was not to take any evidence submitted suggesting foreign terrorism as the cause.  His reason?  One of the above theories I mentioned, or BOTH, because domestic terrorism alone as the cause of the bombing helped him discredit the right, and also perhaps because as a subscriber to the B-W theory, he wanted to take no action against bin Laden, as he had taken none against bombings abroad.  What should convince you is the totality of Davis’ evidence, which you should see for yourself by going to google.com and searching “Jayna Davis”+ “Oklahoma City.”

However, there is a connection between the Murrah bombing and the downing of Flight 800, which I shall briefly explore here. More than a year after the Murrah’s devastation, Davis received a phone tip from a Mexican mechanic working at Oklahoma City’s International Auto Mechanics, that Iraqis not employed there began hanging around the garage in early 1995, and many calls were coming in from Iran and London.  The garage suddenly closed in February 1995, opening again after the bombing.  Davis and her husband Drew, an Army trained linguist with a knack for accents, managed by phone to try to contact a Pakistani connected with ownership of the garage who was expected in New York on 7/16/05.  Her husband’s calls evidently aroused suspicion and at 1:00 a.m. 7/16, she received a death threat from a man with a Middle Eastern accent:  “Don’t try to run away. You’re not going to get away with this. See you in Hell!” He then hung up. 

That same day, Washington received a warning of an attack from an Islamo-fascist group, scheduled for “morning dawn” of the next day which was National Liberation Day in Saddam Hussein’s Iraq.  Also on that day, in New York, Ramzi Yousef, who masterminded the first World Trade bombing, was on trial for his part in Operation Bojinka, a plot uncovered by Philippine intelligence to blow up American airliners with bombs, and to attack targets in America with planes loaded with explosives. 

By no coincidence, Yousef had conspired with Nichols in the Philippines. Richard Clarke wrote in Against All Enemies, "We do know that Nichols' bombs did not work before his Philippine stay and were deadly when he returned." On July 17, as morning dawned in Iraq, and the sun was setting on Long Island, Long Islanders  watched helplessly as a flare-like objects ascended and exploded violently in a bright white light. The Serbo-Croatian word for such a blast is "bojinka." Some endless seconds later, TWA Flight 800 erupted in an orange fireball and fell into the sea

On “Fox and Friends,” 4/15/04, Herbert Meyer, Reagan-era special assistant in the CIA, said, “In light of what we know now we need to look back at a whole bunch of things that happened in the 1990s to see if there might be an Al-Qaeda connection and that would include the Oklahoma City bombing and the TWA 800 flight. There may be no connection to terrorism, but boy do we need to take a second look at it.”

In First Strike: TWA Flight 800 and the Attack on America, James Sanders and Jack Cashill postulate that U.S. Navy missiles fired at and struck an explosive-packed terrorist plane in close proximity to TWA 800. Subsequently the Clinton administration shut down any investigation into terrorism as a possible cause, and intimidated witnesses who swore they saw a missile or missiles coming up the plane.  The other theory regarding Flt. 800 is that terrorists in a boat below fired a missile at the plane. To discredit both theories the government created a video showing how the fuel tank could rupture naturally, which neither Sanders or Cashill has heard of ever happening to any plane!

You may recall that Jamie Gorelick of Clinton’s Justice Dept. took credit for “building the wall” that prevented sharing of intelligence between various agencies, one of the reasons cited by the CIA for not knowing about Bojinka, the plan to use planes loaded with explosives as flying bombs. Eighteen months earlier, the FBI had received  a classified Phillippine intelligence report that was based on information stored in Yousef's seized computer. The document specifically cited the charter of a commercial type aircraft loaded with powerful bombs to be dive-crashed by one Saeed Akman. No wonder then that it was  the 9-11 Commission's Jamie Gorelick who, as deputy Attorney General to Reno, warned the FBI on Aug. 22, 1996, a few days before the Democrat Convention, not to pursue a terrorist explanation for the downing of Flt. 800.

But Bojinka would return again to haunt the Clinton administration in the form of Lt. Col. Robert Patterson (USAF) in his compelling book, Dereliction of Duty. Patterson carried the "nuclear football" for the President during that fateful summer of 1996, and had almost total access to Clinton.  In his book he writes, “I opened the PDB to rearrange the notes and noticed the heading ‘Operation Bojinka.’ I keyed on a reference to a plot to use commercial airliners as weapons and another plot to put bombs on U.S. airliners. Because I was a pilot, this naturally grabbed my attention. I can state for a fact that this information was circulated within the U.S. intelligence community, and that in late 1996 the president was aware of it."

As we know, the Clinton administration disavowed any knowledge of using planes as flying bombs against American targets, and as Rice testified before the 9/11 Commission, no such information was conveyed to the incoming Bush administration.  Evidently that night, immediately after the downing of Flt. 800, Clinton made a political decision to squelch such knowledge. The one person Patterson cited as being in the residence with Clinton the night of 7/17/04 was Sandy Berger, who first met Clinton in 1972 while working on Sen. George McGovern's campaign. Fifteen years later, Berger urged his friend to run for president. Clinton rewarded Berger with a position as deputy assistant to the president for national security, a position for which Berger had little or no experience.

Anthony Lake, by contrast, had 30 years of foreign service experience when Clinton appointed him national security adviser. What is curious is that on the night of July 17, 1996, Lake, who obviously outranked Berger, had not been summoned to the Clinton residence in the White House. A few months after the destruction of TWA Flight 800, Lake was to be sent to the CIA, but he withdrew his nomination under Senate criticism. Berger was given Lake's job, a position that did not require congressional confirmation.

Which brings us finally to the present day, the 10^th anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing and the recent news about Sandy Berger’s stealing classified documents from the National Archives, which Berger comically referred to as “an honest mistake.” The purpose of the 9/11 Commission before which Clinton and Berger testified turned out to be to exculpate the Clinton administration, and to lay the blame on the Bush administration’s faulty intelligence.  According to Richard Clarke’s book, he himself was in the meeting 7/17/96 with Clinton and Berger and subsequently wrote an “after action” memo specifically criticizing the Clinton administration’s do-nothing approach to terrorism.  However, once he joined the Kerry camp, Clarke went out of his way to fault the Bush administration for 9/11, but he became hoist on his own petard when quotes  from his book criticizing Clinton were brought up.  Now it turns out that the documents Berger sought from the National Archives were the same critical words that Clarke had written, with self-incriminating, handwritten notes in the margin by Berger and Clinton, suggesting that Berger had been sent on a mission by Clinton to retrieve these so that they would not be subject to blame when appearing before the 9/11 Commission.  Indeed, Berger cut to pieces three of the five documents at his office after leaving the National Archives with them in his pocket.  One can only conclude that these three contained the handwritten notes, because Berger later returned two of the same documents without notes. 

What boggles the mind is why the Bush Justice Department gave Berger a mere slap on the wrist?  But for having demonstrated his willingness to engage in crime on behalf of the Clinton Administration’s “legacy,” Hillary’s campaign hinted that he will be hired to expedite her election as President in 2008.  There is, however, an October 2004 50-page expose of the Clintons entitled SECRET: FBI documents link Bill and Hillary Clinton to Marxist-Terrorist Network. The cover offers a reward for “valid evidence of any quotations cited in this booklet being materially false.”  The booklet was compiled by David Mark Price, a former Naval intelligence officer, and was given to me by J.R. Nyquist.  Unfortunately, it is out of print.  Rather than being mere speculation about the Clintons’ loyalties, the book documents their activities with the Institute for Political Studies (IPS), and the Christic Institute, and the Marxist-Leninist activities of these organizations, much in the way that David Horowitz’s www.discoverthenetwork.com does.

In conclusion, on this day of remembrance for Oklahoma City, in view of subsequent events, we need to ask ourselves if the Clinton administration’s eight years of dereliction of duty to defend America was because of their Marxist-Leninist allegiance to the B-W agenda to use terrorism against America or whether they were so fearful of losing power that they conspired to make it appear that every danger to America was from “the vast right-wing conspiracy” within.  Either way, they played a dangerous game with America’s future by compromising our security and freedom.
