Mr.Cibulka, how did you begin fighting against communism, why did you turn against the regime and when did it all begin?

In the beginning of the sixties, when I was 12-years-old, I realized that the communist system was a lie; and since that time I began to take a critical approach to all communist propaganda and "information" that the communists tried to ram down our throats. The Soviet occupation in 1968 escalated matters to a point where I actively started working against all violations of human rights and freedoms done by the communist dictatorship.

I was in the business of digging up prohibited information and circulating prohibited ideas. In 1976 I tried to get in touch with anti-communist groups and succeeded and began working with opposition structures. I was jailed for the first time in 1978 and was in Jail when the theatrical "dismantling" of Soviet-style communism began in 1989. I've spent al together 5 years in communist prisons.

What kind of conditions did you experience in prison ? American readers don't understand thoroughly communist practices. So what were the "living" conditions? Can you tell us something about that?

Conditions in communist prisons cannot be, of course, compared to the ones in democratic countries. We could compare the living standards for example to the Nazi concentration camps. I have spent some serious time in the communist type of solitary confinement -- very cold, with water on the floor, wooden beds, bad quality food and, of course, hunger. Unbelievable hunger. Lights had to be on at all times. Wake up call was at 4 am. Not enough sleep. You had to stand during the entire day at all times when in solitary confinement. It was difficult to stay awake. If you feel asleep or sat down the guards first yelled at you in a rude manner or simply went in and enforced the camps rules with a savage beating. During my second jail term I spent most of my time in solitary confinement. Also, if you disobeyed an order or were a marked man -- you were beaten. Above all, those political prisoners whom the communists couldn't reeducate or compromise were subjected brutal pressure designed to break them at all costs or to terrorize them to the point where they gave up and would never again fight for democracy, human rights or freedom.

After the so-called "Velvet Revolution," the revolution that supposedly overthrew communism in November 1989, I asked many times for justice and the punishment of the communist cadres in power at that time. That would have meant meant a recall from power for all communists and a true public trial for their crimes against innocent people.

I was unpleasantly surprised when I discovered that Vaclav Havel and Civic Forum were against my efforts. That was a real shock to me, and I refused to go along with it. I organized massive protests against the leadership of the country's second largest city (Brno) where I lived at the time. After that I found that Civic Forum stands even more against me and against those who were fighting the communist dictatorship. Civic Forum became a great protector of the communist criminals and cadres that remained in power.

I also realized, very quickly, that the censorship applied to dissidents remained strong. Therefore we put together the "Uncensored News" publication.

How long have you been a journalist and can you tell us something about the STB [secret police] files you've published?

We realized in mid-1990 that it was necessary to start publishing a newspaper so the anti-communists could have a chance to tell the truth publicly and win justice for the victims of communism.

Since the fall of 1990 we tried to publish "Uncensored News" under the auspices of the anti-communist wing of Civic Forum, but that was totally dismantled, liquidated and defeated by the Havel regime. We were unsuccessful. But shortly after that I was contacted by some people from Prague who invited me to begin publishing a true conservative newspaper.

We all agreed on working together and in the spring of 1991 we published the first issue of "Uncensored News" in about 70,000 copies. Our newspaper was then published by-weekly and later as a weekly issue. Unfortunately for Vaclav Havel's "velvet" regime this newspaper was too true and uncensored and was informing people too thoroughly about conditions in the Czech Republic. Our paper debunked many lies widely believed about the November revolution [of 1989] and the fact it was not an anti-communist revolution at all. It was a privatization coup organized by the reform wing of the Russian KGB. It was accomplished in order to install the self-invited "new administration," turning them into the country's rulers and lawful owners. And that was achieved in full measure by the communists, the STB and KGB structures under the leadership of Vaclav Havel. As a result there was a fraudulent privatization of state wealth that in fact ended up in the hands of communist and STB/KGB structures only.

This was shown fully and accurately in 1992 when, by blind luck, "Uncensored News" acquired and published the names of 160,000 officers and collaborators of the communist secret police, STB, and its Second Department (the department charged with the "struggle against interior enemies"). For the first time the people had a chance to read the truth about the level of infiltration and the level of control of this society by communist and STB powers and structures.

How much interest was there from the government and also from the public to publish the communist dossiers? Were there any obstacles put up by the state to block publication?

The public was, from the first day, insisting on a full disclosure and publication of all communist secrets (including those of the Soviet occupation government). Unfortunately, all the people in power, and that means President Havel, and all the others (Vaclav Klaus, Milos Zeman, Dienstbier, Pithart and others) were very strongly against it, against any publishing, against any openings of communist archives, against any punishment of communist criminals to whom they had guaranteed immunity! In fact, punishment was blocked by this "revolutionary bunch" through a "law" rubberstamped by the Czechoslovak Parliament -- a law that in fact guaranteed legal continuity with the previous communist regime. So today it is impossible to bring the communist criminals to justice. You see, the communist dictatorship passed laws so criminal and hideous that when it needed to liquidate people with a different way of thinking and believing it could do so legally. In fact, those who disagreed with the system were punished according to communist laws. Cases where it would've been necessary for the communists to break their own laws in order to punish somebody with different views do not exist.

Could you give us an example of a high-level communist that was let off based on this "legal continuity" law?

All the high level communists, even those who invited the Soviet Red Army to occupy Czechoslovakia in 1968, were found innocent by the courts. They even found Prime Minister Lubomir Strougal innocent. This was a man who held his post for over 20 years and who administered a terror campaign against the opponents of communism and even against differently-thinking communists. In the 1960s he was Minister of Interior, and after the Soviet invasion he became the prime minister of the Soviet-installed government in Czechoslovakia. Really, this man has hundreds of deaths on his conscience: people that he ordered to be thrown in jail or liquidated; and today Havel's "justice" let him go free just a few months ago as totally innocent.

How do you view President Vaclav Havel and his role in the so-called Velvet Revolution?

Havel's family used to be one of the richest families in Prague. They worked very hard and reliably for the Gestapo in World War Two. In 1945, after the defeat of Nazi Germany, Havel's family was not charged with collaborating with the Nazis. Almost immediately, it is believed, they began cooperating with Soviet military intelligence and also the KGB and therefore were protected by the communists.

Vaclav Havel himself signed up with the communist STB and was regarded as a totally reliable cadre. To this day the Communist Party and the secret police do not regret their decision to recruit Vaclav Havel.

Can we say that the speech President Havel gave in the early 1990s to the US Congress was a carefully prepared deception based on lies?

Of course. Vaclav Havel told them then: "If you want to help Czechoslovakia then you must help the Soviet Union!" He was also saying at the time: "The liquidation of the Warsaw Pact should be followed by the liquidation of NATO !" So Havel really did put NATO on the same low level as the Soviet Warsaw Pact, which was a terrorist and criminal organization and nothing else!

Recently you were allowed into the audience of TV NOVA's live program and given a chance to question guest politicians. As we visited the place together we met the vice-chairman of the 2nd strongest parliamentary party, the Communist Party. This communist, named Ransdorf, claimed that he would be very afraid just now to be an American after President Bush's State of the Union speech. [Bush's speech was never translated in any media in the Czech Republic. By policy the U.S. president's message is kept hidden from Czech citizens - interviewer's note.) Comrade Ransdorf also "noticed" that Western Europe today has more Freedom than the United States. Why do you think he said that and do you think this could be some kind of disinformation tactic directed at the Czech viewers that are watching this particular program?

I think that this is again the same old communist strategy. They're realizing that Western Europe is already under their rule indirectly through communist agents of influence - corrupt and compromised politicians. Western Europe is not a threat to Moscow. On the contrary, Moscow has a strong position there. This is now apparent when we look at the relationship between Western Europe and the United States. At the moment there is no desire on part of most European countries to support the USA. Because of great victories achieved by the Russian intelligence services, in the case of Clinton and maybe even Carter, America has somehow managed to stayed free and out of reach of Moscow's direct control. Therefore to the communists America is still the #1 enemy and an obstacle on their way to conquer the World.

In the spring of last year, as reported by "The Guardian" newspaper in Britain, there was a shipment of weapons that originated from the Czech Republic and ended up in Iraq. What kind of people are running the Czech military industrial complex and why did the Czech Republic, as a NATO member state, send weapons to people that are in total opposition to the United States?

I'm convinced that the communists and their secret services, connected to Moscow, never lost any power in the Czech Republic. So admitting the Czech Republic into NATO did nothing to damage Moscow's position. Leading circles in the United States have been misled to think that Moscow was forced out of its "former" satellites in Central and Eastern Europe. Quite the opposite is the true. Instead of NATO marching East, Moscow moved its borders very far to the West and now it has more power than ever. Of course, the Czech Republic will support the USA through declarations and with words; but the Czech government's deeds will always threaten American liberties and values. It is essential that the political leadership of the United States understand this reality as quickly as possible and create maximum pressure to replace existing political structures in all post-communist countries with people that are true friends of freedom. If America continues to deal with communist criminals as it has done over the last 13 years she will be overthrown and victimized for her political and economic errors.

Do you recognize the name Techotin?

Techotin is a small village near city of Hradec Kralove [about 60 miles east of Prague - interviewer's note] with a huge army biological and chemical weapons research center. I remember that about 7 years ago during the time of the minister of Defense Antonin Baudish there was a scandal. Biological weapons that were supposedly destroyed some time ago were actually being sold to terrorist organizations. Later on this scandal was swept under the rug. In my opinion there was never any true investigation of this scandal at all. Today it's impossible to even find any information on the internet about this matter. I think this is because Techotin center is still fully operational, producing biological and chemical weapons.

Can it be regarded as true information, based on a British intelligence report, that this particular biological weapons site shipped biological agents to associates of Osama bin Laden in 1995 and the Czech government lied by claiming that this particular research center was closed in 1990?

Absolutely! I don't remember every detail exactly after so many years, but I remember this scandal very well when the story broke. The Minister of Defense offered many excuses. Unfortunately it was swept under the rug by the government.

Do you think that this sale of biological weapons to terrorists was an individual operation done by some unreliable Czech army officers or is there something more involved here?

I am absolutely certain that the Czech Republic is still being controlled and directed by the Russian KGB. There are no anti-communist heroes in power in the Czech Republic, but only KGB agents and the Czech secret communist police STB. Therefore, everything that's happening in the Czech Republic is part of their plans. I don't believe in the fiction that "underpaid army officers" are behind this. We are looking at a large worldwide communist organization that is systematically working to destroy the United States.

So we can safely say that, regarding weapons sales from Russia and from other countries of the "former" communist bloc to terrorist nations, the idea that East European military officers are uncontrollable and are selling weapons to terrorists without supervision is totally absurd?

Yes, that's exactly it! I'm saying that Russia and other post-communist countries are directed the same way as organized crime. When there's a scandal of one kind or another they all saying that these are operations run by out-of-control individuals without any state involvement. I'm saying that these countries are criminal from the beginning and their politics are nothing else but the criminal communist politics of deception.

Our "Uncensored News," before it was liquidated by Havel's regime, devoted a lot of time to monitoring and describing Czech "organized" crime and its connections to the government.

Does the term "former" KGB officer correspond with something that exists in reality?

Something like that does not exist. It is almost the same as inside the Mafia.

I wanted to ask about Bill Clinton. There was an article published in a Czech Daily newspaper in 1992 about Bill Clinton's possible co-operation with the Czech secret service. Can you tell us something more about that?

I've read that article myself. It was written by a former STB agent, a writer for the Czech Daily "Lubor Kohout." He was able to document Bill Clinton's visit to Prague in January 1970 when stopped on his way from Moscow. Clinton stayed with the Kopold family. Mr. Kopold, a communist operative, used to work for the Czech Army. The Kopolds are one of the highest communist families connected with Jan Sverma, who died in WW Two. This ultra-communist family was very friendly to Clinton and he felt at home with them. Clinton has written many thankful letters about his stay with this communist family in Prague during the Red Army occupation. Clinton of course was not against the Soviet occupation of Czechoslovakia, but quite the opposite. I'm convinced that Bill Clinton has been a communist for decades. In my judgment, his activities as United States president prove it 100 percent.

Bill Clinton is a communist?

Yes. As it is written in the Bible, you recognize false prophets by their fruits. Bill Clinton very badly damaged the United States. During Clinton's presidency Russian and Chinese communism gained much better positions everywhere in the World.

You've told me that Europe is already under Russia's control.

Is there any information that would confirm this opinion?

There's a lot of information. For example, according to analysis published by "Uncensored News" a few years ago about the Gestapo's "Operation Vampire" carried out at the end of World War Two, and also according to analysis done by French intelligence officer Pierre de Villmarest, the Gestapo infiltrated most of the underground anti-nazi organizations in Europe with its best agents and gave them instructions to wait until the end of the war to join European communist parties, legislative power structures, armies, intelligence services and state apparatuses and to keep active in implementing National Socialism. This operation was according to every available information very successful; but after Germany's defeat most of the Nazi intelligence archives ended up in the hands of the Red Army. [The communists had their names from the start.] That means the Red Army acquired many Nazi agents that could be turned against the United States. Of course, the Russians never revealed or made public any information about their agents unless these agents refused to co-operate. Only then are compromising materials published. Those agents who were ready and willing to work for Moscow were supported and protected by Moscow and so their children and family members are still obliged to work for Moscow today. This is profitable [for them] because Moscow is able to get these people everything they desire; in another words, maximum "success" in the material world. And because Western society is more and more oriented to material values and less and less on spiritual values, the masters of the material world are in fact the communists and their secret services.

Are the Russians still trying to install communist regimes all over the World?

Yes, that's Moscow's basic objective. The communist movement is global, it is worldwide. The communist target is to conquer the entire World....

Communism is simply the victory of the lowest there is in a man and everywhere communism succeeded and took hold this has been demonstrated.

I was surprised that none of the Czech newspapers published President Bush's State of the Union speech. I read the speech on the State Department's website and have compared it to what was said in the Czech media. The Czech description of Bush's message looks to me like disinformation or incompetence on part of local journalists. Can you explain this?

The entire Czech mass media, TV, radio and newspapers are under control of the KGB's cover companies. The KGB, GRU and all the communist structures did not lose control over the information networks even during Vaclav Havel's presidency because they've known that whoever owns the information monopoly owns the power monopoly as well. Furthermore, I think we are engaged in a fundamental fight as to which side the Czech Republic will join in the up-coming Third World War. If the Czech republic will be fighting on the United States side or against it, on the Russian side.

When I am in America trying to reach you, we are constantly resolving communications problems with the Internet, also there are problems with the phone connection. Is this normal in the Czech Republic?

Within the frame of "free competition" among political parties my internet, phone and fax connections were cut off entirely before the parliamentary elections in 2002. After the elections everything was "all of a sudden" functioning again. It would be waste of time to talk about constant wiretap in this place. The methods used by the "post-communist" regime against differently-thinking and inconvenient people are absolutely the same as those used at the time of open communist dictatorship.

I went to testify as a witness in a case of slander against yourself by former members of the Right Block party. After my deposition the police investigator, Mr. Martin Cadek, refused to give me a copy of my testimony. After about an hour of arguing with him and after I refused to sign it without receiving a copy of it, he gave me my copy. Before we even started, however, he said that nationalism was founded in the United States, that he was taught in the police academy that in some US states the accused has to prove to the court that he is innocent and also Mr. Cadek told me that the Moscow-directed economic system RVHP [very much comparable with the socialist European Union economy's subsidization and quota system] was a good system. What do you think about that?

Investigator Cadek's communist ideas don't surprise me at all. These people come from communist families. They're taught in their police academies by communist teachers, by former old communist policemen who are still working for the police after the so called "anti-communist revolution." These younger policemen, like Mr. Cadek, work in a communist environment all the time. It would've been a miracle if he had rejected communist ideas or propaganda.

While in the Czech Republic I visited the US Embassy and tried through an American worker, Ben Rockwell, to set up a meeting for you at the embassy, to get you deposed by US government officials. This effort proved unsuccessful even after my phone and fax campaign regarding a 1990 order by former Minister of Interior Sacher to conceal all STB dossiers of government officials, including president Havel's. What do you think about this?

It is a known fact that you wont find a person in a leading position

within the Czech Government that was not working for the intelligence service. For example, the average representative of the Czech Parliament worked an average of 3 to 4 years with the intelligence services. [Some worked as double agents to disinform the Western democracies.] It is incomprehensible to me that the U.S. Embassy does not know about this.

[Note from J.R. Nyquist: Mr. Cibulka does not understand that Americans have been brainwashed regarding the subject of communism. The idea of communist spies hidden on all sides has been satirized as the hobbyhorse of the mentally unstable. I am daily ridiculed by otherwise well-informed, well-educated persons because of my statements about an ongoing communist threat. The conditioning here in America, from decades-old anti-McCarthyist propaganda to the present Cold War victory sickness of the Republicans, is overwhelming. Only a very strong person can speak truth to this power. Embassy officials, subject to political and public pressures, possessed of academic credentials known to cause brain damage in lab animals, would never allow themselves to think, let alone entertain, "paranoid" notions about Russia or about "commie agents" in the Czech legislature. Mr. Cibulka makes a simple, common mistake. He does not realize how weak and impressionable the human mind is, in general, so he underestimates the power of the big lie.]

Do you know a name TRANSAKTA?

Transakta is a communist foreign trade company that is functioning to this day. In reality it has always been a cover company for communist secret services, most of all the civil and army intelligence that have always worked for the Soviet KGB and GRU. Transakta today has unimaginable wealth and its luxurious residences are placed in all of the most strategic points of the capital city of Prague. One of Transakta's buildings is situated about 60 yards from the Czech Parliament; another one stands about 100 yards from the Czech Senate and about 50 yards from the Ministry of Finance and both of the buildings are situated about 1/2 mile from the government offices. For that matter there's no problem for the Soviet secret services to monitor 24/7 all the strategic centers of the Czech republic, a NATO member country.

Does Moscow still control the former communist countries?

Moscow's position is as strong as before 1990. Moscow still controls all the post-communist countries.

A former adviser to Bill Clinton and also a Middle East specialist, in an interview for our Seattle local radio station 570 KVI, told the listeners that connections between Iraq and al Qaeda are proven. She also said that the mastermind of the previous attack on the Twin Towers in 1993 was Ramsey Yussef, in reality an Iraqi government intelligence agent. Is there something more involved here?

I can only confirm this information. Al Qaeda is the Iraqi dictatorship's "iron fist." It is supplied and trained by Iraq, on Iraqi territory. But the real brains behind this global terrorist campaign against the free World, above all against the United States, is in fact the Russian GRU. Moscow fights against the United States with a hidden hand. According to my well informed sources, Mohammed Atta was recruited by the Czechoslovakian communist intelligence service in 1988. In mid-1988 he was trained for 18 months at a terrorist training camp in Zastavka, near city of Brno. He learned about espionage and GRU operations. He was unable to finish this course in its entirety because of the "anti-communist revolution" in 1989. However, Atta never ended his co-operation with Czechoslovak intelligence services and the GRU.

Until the terrorist attack on 9/11 Atta attended approximately 70 secret meetings in Prague with his directing officer. This officer is, according to my sources, still works for Czech military intelligence and for the Russian GRU.

The 9/11 terrorist operation in New York was directed by Iraqi intelligence with the help of the GRU and Czech military intelligence. According my information, from very well informed sources, Iraq has built -- with the help of Russia -- about 150 nuclear warheads. These warheads will be used ... when the United States attacks Iraq again.

Is it possible to assume, because of today's crisis with the supply of oil and the fuel price increases in the United States, that Russia could increase its crude oil production and send it to the United States as part of the repayment of World War Two wartime aid?

From my experiences over the years I know that the Soviet Union and its Russian successor state have never repaid what they owed and never will. In their relationship with the West the Russians always follow only one rule: borrow as much as you can and return as little as possible. Therefore I don't believe that as we approach the beginning of the Third World War Russia will support in any way the United States.

According to all available information communist Russia helped build the military installations and so-called presidential palaces in Iraq. Since Russia is supposedly a free and democratic country they ought to help the United States with information about Saddam's defenses.

If Russia was a free and democratic country, it would've done this a long time ago. This is the best proof that Iraq is serving Russia as an attacking fist against the USA. Russia will of course pretend that it has nothing to do with this Iraqi terrorist campaign against the United States.

Does this help explain Russia's veto threat against the US-British resolution # 18 for military action against Iraq?

Without any doubt!

What would you say about the newly elected Czech president, Vaclav Klaus?

Vaclav Klaus, in an interview with the communist daily newspaper "Red Right," in the 2/17/03 issue, said: "I even thought during the communist regime era that anti-communism is just an empty stand, something really light and of no interest to me."

Thanks to the votes of the communists in Parliament Vaclav Klaus became the new Czech president on 2/28/2003. He promised the communists everything they asked for. So this is our new president who describes himself as a great conservative politician. Vaclav Klaus, during the communist dictatorship, several times and freely went to study at Western universities and in 1969 took some courses at Cornell University in the United States. He also lectured at several Western universities and colleges between 1987 and 1989. Only trusted agents of the communist intelligence services are given assignments like this.

How important and significant is the present visit of the former Russian prime minister and "former" KGB official Yevgeniy Primakov to Iraq?

It could be a question of life and death for millions of people. The new Russian espionage service, SVR, the successor of the KGB, was from the beginning of the 1990s directed by this communist hardliner, Yevgeniy Primakov. During Primakov's era the Russian intelligence had at its disposal about twelve thousand experienced officers all over the World with exactly the same instructions and orders as at the time of the Cold War.

Primakov used to be Brezhnev's Middle East specialist, and on the international level he was a Cold War militarist. During the Yeltsin era they fired only 56 KGB officers from the total count of 50 thousand even though the KGB murdered an estimated 60 million people! Primakov has, over the course of decades, kept very close personal relations with Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein. He also assured the supply of weapons to Arafat and he supported the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.

Regarding Israel Primakov pretends to be a hardened anti-Semite. He is a man who will stop at nothing, not even death. His visit to Iraq prior to the possible outbreak of World War Three strengthens Saddam Hussein's chances to avoid direct confrontation with the United States. It helps the Iraqi dictator gain time to prepare for the effective nuclear blackmail of America.

If America hesitates now she will be forced to make war in 2005 and she will pay a hundredfold higher price than now.
